Waterfront Partnership Release:

HARBORMARKET-BLUE[1]Lunchtime at Baltimore’s Waterfront just got a lot more exciting. Starting August 7 through October 16, the Waterfront Partnership will bring Harbor Market, a new pop up marketplace, to McKeldin Square. Every Wednesday and Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., downtown employees, residents and visitors can enjoy a rotating selection of local restaurants featuring delectable menu items, engaging recess style games, casual table top games, and good vibes.

“The Harbor Market provides a place for downtown employees to gather over lunch and games and enjoy the waterfront neighborhood that they work in. We are thrilled with the line up of local vendors who want to be involved with this series,” said Laurie Schwartz, President of Waterfront Partnership.

Harbor Market will kickoff on Friday, August 7th and feature Korean rice bowls, brick fired pizza, BBQ, locally made ice cream, iced coffee and pressed juices. Attendees can purchase these items from Dooby’s, Bricknfire Pizza Co, the Smoking Swine food truck, The Charmery, and Gundalow Juice.

“We’re excited to be a part of the upcoming Harbor Market. It’s an incredible opportunity to bring our goodies to downtown and Inner Harbor, places I often visited as a kid. Also, we’re thrilled to serve alongside our friends from Baltimore and DC, including The Charmery, Smoking Swine, Gundalow, Timber Pizza, among many others, and we can’t wait to bring fresh options to the residents and staff in the area. We’re hoping for sunny skies and fun crowds, so we’ll see you soon,” said Phil Han, Owner of Dooby’s.

After indulging and before returning to the office, guests are encouraged to join in a quick pick-up game of corn hole, foursquare, ladder golf, or cards.
