Longtime Harborplace tenant and national chain Five Guys is returning to Pratt St. It is opening at the Lockwood Place retail complex at 600 E. Pratt St.
Five Guys left Harborplace in 2018 as the complex fell into foreclosure.
From Baltimore Business Journal:
Five Guys will occupy a 3,007-square-foot in the building, the Owings Mills developer said. Additional details about the lease terms and an opening timeline were not provided.
“Their presence will enhance the dining options for residents, visitors and professionals in the area,” Ken Bernstein, senior vice president of retail leasing at David S. Five Guys was started in Arlington, VA in 1986 and specializes in hamburgers, hot dogs, and French fries. It has more than 1,700 locations around the world.
The 108,000 sq. ft. Lockwood Place added a 34,000 sq. ft. Burlington in 2024 and is home to tenants including Chipotle, Fogo De Chao, IHOP, Popeye’s, Mount Everest Restaurant, and Marshalls.
